Catering events

Yesmien's background has also been in catering. Providing take away food, catering for large events, and Bollywood film shoots. She has produced colourful gift packs of equipment and spices as seen on the Hochanda TV channel. Yesmien has featured on several cooking channels and BBC2, doing live cooking demonstrations on stage, including being featured in Madhur Jaffrey’s popular recipe book Curry Nation.

Corporate Team building

Through interactive programmes, presentations, speakers, drama, dance, and cooking. Sessions now also available remotely via zoom and Microsoft Team.

This is an opportunity for your staff to work together as a team. Sessions are created that will support and educate the team to understand and implement the culturally sensitive issues we face, broadening their knowledge and experience.

Challenging each individual or team to create delicious Kashmiri dishes, taught by Yesmien. The session finishes with everyone enjoying the food that has been created.
