1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp corriander
1/4 tsp salt or less ( to taste)
1 tsp Amaali chaat Masala
250g salmon portions
1tsp coconut oil (vegetable or rapessed)
Mix all the spices and salt in a bowl.
Now rub the mixture on both sides of the salmon.
Heat a heavy non stick pan.
Add some coconut oil or vegetable oil.
Place salmon in pan and cook evenly all sides.
Serve this with either rice or vegetbles.
How about adding extra flavour, squeeze some fresh lemon juice served with salad.
